Looking 4 Cauchois, and Egyptian SwiftsHi everyone. I've been lurking here for a while and finnally decided to post. I am looking for a pair or two Cauchois. and a pair or two Egyptian Swifts. If anyone has any they would be willing to part with, or knows of anybody that might be willing to part with them then please let me know. I am dieing to add some varity to my lofts. Some far I only have some homers, rollers, and satinettes coming from a friend that is helping me get started. I need some exotics to please my wifes eye. She don't see the excitement in flights, only looks. But I too love the extraordinary looks. Please email me or reply here if you can hook me up with some birds, or someone else that can. I would like to see some pics first if possible.

I have been looking for awhile now. I had the chance to buy some back in 1995 or so but did not have a big enough loft. There was an older gentlemen in New Orleans getting out of birds and he had some. Never saw them because I live in Virginia. I was in Paris last month and saw some in a pet shop. 115 Euro a pair or about $214 a pair. Beautiful birds and I may try to import one day but that will cost around $1000 for 2 pairs. Egyptian SwiftsIf your looking for Egytian Swfts...You might try the rare breeds pigeon club. On my website I have links to various pigeon clubs as well that might lead you into the right direction. Good luck!

SwiftsHi Rob,
I like the Eygtian swifts also. Google King Tut Lofts there is a guy in california but exspensive! I was thinking about making my own. Possibly a Jacobin x frill (owl,Turbit) crossings, could take some time but might be a interesting genetic project. Ambrose
