LOOKING FOR HOMERS - Ft. Lauderdale

I am looking for homing pigeons in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Just ordinary, run-of-the-mill ones, preferably from 10 to 20 USD. I am looking for three birds max. I intend to keep them in a small outdoor loft on my property and to study their behavior and psychology. A mixture of females and males would be excellent but not required.

I do not own any hunting dogs other than a terrier which is not trained for that purpose and is trained not to hunt small animals except on command. (He will not be in contact with the birds anyway, and his training is used to scare animals such as rats from the property).
