Show Pigeons, Flying birds

We are putting our birds together for the comming season. A few quality birds are for sale. We have English Short Face Tumblers in solid colors and baldhead. Also Budapest cap tipplers that are medium faced. The Budapest are used by us as feeders and are good flyers. The extra birds are mostly cocks but we do have a few pairs. Many of these birds have won or placed in shows. Fred & Doris Hencken

Hi Fred,

Julie here. We met in the parking lot of the Big Sun Classic. I had kids in tow. Nice to see you here. My birds are healthy and settling in well.

Julie It was nice to get your message. Are you going to the Orlando show on December 13? If you do bring the birds along so we can find out what they are and get mates for them. Let me know because I havent decided whether to go or not. Regards Fred

Nope, no Orlando show for me. My aviary is nearly full now. I would come home with too many birds. Ha Ha!

Robby The Budapest are $25.00 a pair. The English will be priced according to your needs. You will have to tell me are you intending to show or just raise them for fun etc. I would like to know if you are familiar with this fine old breed. Once we have reach an understanding then Ican give you a price. The telephone number here is (561)744-4677 we live in Jupiter,Florida Regards Fred

Robby We are in tune. You already know why I am asking questions. I am very familiar with Mike he helped to offshoot the new shortface club. We are kind of loners living in Florida but we came from the same area. My wife and I started Jim Zerbo off in 1978. With the pumpers you have you should be able to do well. We still need to know if you intend to compete or just add a new breed. We get about $100-$150 for birds that can win ashow. For someone just wanting pretty birds $50.00. We have given birds to get people started free or a token price. Our yellow's cant be beat in that class and haven't for the last 5 years. Keep in touch and let me know where you live. Regards Fred

Hi Fred,
Once again thanks for the reply Prices on the birds aren't bad but at this time I really cant afford to buy any birds having a house with a wife and 6 kids in it and 1 income makes it very hard to buy any birds like I said Mike and I go back a long way and anything I need he will give it to me for free so the price can't be beat if you know what I mean
and I would only get them to have another breed thats all I dont get pigeons from other fanciers to show against them just isnt right thanks again yours in the sport robby
