Wanted White Homers/Rollers Orlando FL

Hello,

I'm looking for a pair of either Homers or Rollers. I would like an ALL white pair. I would prefer they are young even as young as 3 weeks old in order to train them. I know shipping young squabs is impossible but if you are located in or around the Orlando FL area and have babies available please let me know as I am very interested in getting a pair the younger the better.

I am willing to get my pair shipped. I would prefer that they are (M)(F) pair. I am looking for a tame pair or a pair that is used to human interaction and calling such as whistling.

Please reply with photos and prices.

Thanks!

Luis

Why would you want some birds so young? Although birds can be hand fed it is to the birds benefit to be fed pigeon milk by the parents until they are weaned. Theres nothing like the real thing!

Hi Rena,

I'm glad to see you today!

Actually by the third week they are getting seeds from their parents, the pigeon milk itself they get the first few weeks and it diminishes to seed feedings after that.

I should of clarified myself better, I am trying to say they should be fed by their parents until weaned, milk or seed. How are you today? I took a break from 911 and thought I would put my 2 cents in. LOL

Hi Rena,

I'm fine, thanks ....

I agree with that, the babies should be totally weaned before leaving their home, it is best to have a breeding pair or two so you can raise your own babies to train, that way you can trap train them at four weeks, and still allow them to get totally weaned, both emotionally and physically, from their parents.

Hey Everyone,

Thanks alot for all the help and info. I found a local breeder here who is the President of the Central Florida Pigeon Club. I will be meeting up with him tomorrow afternoon to take a look at some birds. I'll post photos if and when I get a pair.

THANKS!!!
