Mating Behavior?

Hello everyone. New to the hobby and have a question regarding behavior. I recently bought some young white homers that are suppose to be cocks. I've noticed over the past two days one bird seems to sit on top another in the loft. Is this mating behavior or just territorial behavior?

Sounds like mating behavior to me. You will know for sure if you get eggs. If you don't want to breed them you may want to get fake eggs and substitute them. Nice looking birds!

Am not trying to find fault with your loft, but the aviary or whatever where you have attached the hardware cloth with those ties, a snake or rat can get in through there. You really need to staple it or even screw it on with washers or something. That just isn't secure. You need to keep your birds safe from predators. If they are worth having, then they are worth doing it right for them.

@cwebster...Thanks for the opinion. I was hoping you weren't going to say that.
@jay3...There is nothing you said that I do not agree with already, but are you able to offer an opinion about the original question? Thanks.

They are young and are probably just showing their maleness. I wouldn't worry about it.
