New member info packet

I'm going to make an information packet to give to our new members to hopefully help jumpstart them in the pigeon game. I know that the AU has some info packets but I'm looking to streamline some of the info and also provide useful links on you tube or this site and others. Things I am currently in search of are starter loft plans, color images of droppings and what they mean, tips on the pigeons first flight, etc.
If anyone would like to contribute I'd be very grateful. I'd also like to share the finished product on here as well.

I've only been into pigeons for two years, but I've found many useful YouTube videos. I especially learned a lot from "Danny" and "Lavender Hills Loft". There are many others that are good too.
