We need more info. Are they in a loft, are they young birds, how do you feed etc.

dear pigeonzzz,--either medical or mechanical-are the only two reasons a bird doesnot fly,-and outside open to all predators-not just environmental factors!!-are they not able to open/deploy their wings,??--lots of questions here,-if you could add anything please advise..-sincerely james waller

they do not fly if i left them alone but i sometimes try to train them and throw them form far places (1km far from home) and they come back and fast.

I built them 2 small nesting boxes out of wood (it have hay inside it) which are high and they are old , i put for them the food on a large plate on the floor

Are these birds in an open loft or do you let them out once or twice a day? If in an open loft that's probably why. They will just hang out and fly once in awhile if open loft.

Difficult to say. If they're mature birds that are not captive, they should fly, and may even fly away to their previous home. If they're not flying at all, they may be sick or their flight feathers have been clipped or soaped so they can't use them. The flight feathers are the last 10 long feathers on the end of each wing.

dear pigeonzzz,-interpreting you post,-these pigeons donot have a medical or mechanical problem,--maybe they just found a good reliable home ..there are homer clubs that might assist you better,i am more physical/medical..sincerely james waller

If they are in an open loft where they can come and go, then White Homers is right. If they can go whenever they want to, then they won't fly as much, but just hang out.
