Goose in MI stranded maybe injured

so i have seen one goose that seems injured or lost,he has been staying in the same area for about a month now which is what worries me.He is mostly always laying down eating grass alone and its sad.

He hasn't left which leads me to believe he may be injured. He is living by the movie theater on a little island of grass byt he parking lot about one block off a main busy road and that isnt much of a home for a goose. This goose is in Madison heights MI .I dont know much about geese but i don't normally see many living alone on the side of the road so im trying to find help.Does anyone know were to call or what i should do?

i hadnt been by the spot for a week but was thinking about him and today i told my boyfriend to take the same short cut so i could make sure he left..... and well he is still there as of today .i think its cause for concern, let me know if im wrong please.

if anyone has input about this whole thing that would be great.thank you
