Kitten problems

I know they arn't birds but I thought someone on here would know what to do.

I have a litter of kittens that are about 4 weeks old. A few of them are getting pusssssy eges and the eyes will dry shut. We have wiped them with a worm damp cloth but they will dry back shut again. Can I use a triple antibiotic cream like poly or neo-sporum around the eyes. Or what can I do to help them.

I do not see anything else wrong with them. It is only the eyes of two of the kittens.

They were a little better today.

it is hard to hear any congestion with just your ear.. usually the many kittens that come in here that are fosters and they have crusty eyes.. it is an upper respitory... look for nasal discharge and congestion... they should be vet checked...and then the mother spayed.
