Please Help Little House Finch

This little Finch was in my backyard for 2 days before I rescued him from almost being attacked by a cat. He has a hard lump on his wing disabling him from flying. I applied hydrogen peroxide and neosporin to the area and have literally been on a crusade to save this little guy. I've had no success with anyone that could help. I've been in touch with 3 organizations that seem to have no interest in helping. I'm at a standstill and want to believe that there's someone out there cares enough about gods creatures just as much as I do. He has the will to live and I have it for him as well. If there's anyone that knows of anything I can do or go to in San Bernardino, California it would be so greatly appreciated.

Poor little bird! Thank you for helping him. He may need oral antibiotics if he was victim of a cat attack.

That looks like pus. Bird pus is chunky, unlike ours. I agree that the bird needs antibiotic and evaluation. We have a member, who also does rehab, about an hour from you. Give her a call. She may know of a closer rehab that can help.

Thanks for coming in Charis. It looks like an injury or something that got infected.
