Droopy wings & watery eyes

One of my youngs is letting her wings drop down and it even touched the ground when she is walking on the ground. And also has watery eyes since she was born.
But she is flying (not much but) OK. Socialising with other birds. Eating well. Not loosing weight.
Any opinion?

Are you sure she is OK , other than these problems? Is her breast bone is sharp?
You said her eyes were watery since he was born. What medicine did you apply? How old is she?
A photo will be good for identification of the problem.

She is about 4 months old. Her breast bone is a bit sharp. I cant see any other problems. Her weight is about 350 g. And its avarage for a tumbler pigeon. Her droppings seem OK. I didn't apply any treatment. But her mother has rasping sound sometimes while breathing. I gave her hipradoxi for 10 days but i didn't see any improvement.

Sharp breast bone indicates underweight. Is there any yellowish growths inside her mouth?.
Cleaning her eyes everyday may help.
I don't know what is the real problem of this bird. Hope some expert will help.

Thank you Gautham. Her mouth is clear. Breast bone is a bit sharp but not as sharp as other sick birds.

She looks healthy until you look close in her eyes and see her walking on the ground
