Yes, that may be the problem. Sharing the same food and water source. It will be hard on the pigeons outside if you stop feeding them. Start feeding the outside pigeons less every day, so that they rather go elsewhere for food. Otherwise, wait till they have finished their food and then let yours out (after feeding yours inside), so no food and water gets shared.

In the meantime, treat all 3 of your pigeons. Keep them healthy so that they build up immunity against diseases.

You can help the outside pigeons by adding those products to their drinking water as well.

Marina this is the 5th day of his medicine and he is doing good. Want to get outside but I won't allow before 10th day. His poop is quite okay now. Once or twice a day I see liquids. The faeces part and white part are quite good, the crackling noise coming from his mouth have vanished. Poops are odourless. But the rest two pigeon's poop has a vinegar-ish smell, though not liquid, but they use to be odourless.

I'm glad to hear the first one is improving. Are you also treating the other two with the same meds as the first one? Give them another couple of days and see if there is an improvement.

I've never used Baytril, so can't give a dosage. I know Baytril is very harsh on their bodies, so only use it when you are really sure it will help.

Pigeon overcame all problems after 10 days course. Still I'm keeping an eye on him. Thank you Marina for your help and everything. I'm relieved.
