When I rescued my pet pigeon Cheepers, he was just a few weeks old, so I fed him grits. It's in the oatmeal section of most stores. You might need to force the first few bites down her beak before she realizes that it's good. She should eventually start tasting it after she realizes what it is. After Cheepy found out how good it was, he was so enthusiastic about getting fed that he wouldn't even wait for me to mix it and jump in the bowl and get his feet all messy. You can also start offering her seeds in your hand. She should try to eat them. If not, just be patient and keep offering them to her. If you offer her water, she should drink on her own. They typically take a big drink of water after eating. I honestly don't know if peas are the right thing to feed them. I've never given Cheepers peas, and he's doing just fine. Something like oatmeal should work, since they're grain eaters. Let me know if you have any questions.
