Pigeon hit by a car

Hi, recently I rescued a pigeon hit by a car. He/She cannot fly, but walks around eats and drinks! I notice when I goto pick it up it tries to run a little bit then stumbles a bit. I’m thinking a possible concussion and of course some injury to it’s body! I have him in my living room, he seems to be ok!
Any advice on what I should do next?
Thank You

Did you see him get hit? I ask this because he could have a disease instead of an injury.

Hi, yes I did I was a few cars behind and I saw feathers floating around
He looks healthy. But I notice his balance is off. Must have a concussion or some kind of injury where he can’t fly.

He will need to eat and drink. If he can not then you may have to handfeed. Where is your location?
