Scaly leg mites

Hi all

I think one of my pet pigeons may have scaly leg mites, I am unsure if that is what it is but it looks like it to me. Can someone please tell me what is the most effective treatment for it? I have these ekdo/endo drops that treat mites but I am unsure if it treats the scaly type. If not please advise which is the best one available.

I'm attaching some pictures so you guys can advise if that is scaly mites or not, sorry they are a bit blurry but it's hard to focus on them. It is the white crusty stuff on the leg, it feels hard like a rock too.

*Oh and yes, her leg is a little deformed, that is because she used to be racing pigeon who I rescued from the street, and either the band or the way it was removed by the vet caused it.
