This bird sick?

I met a guy nearby and he brought me to his coupe. He had mostly Homer’s and had one at the bottom.

I’m new to this but I’ve read the warning signs of a sick bird. It looked a little puffed up and at the bottom of the coop.

But it had at the beak closer to his face it had black. None of his other brids seemed to have that. He didn’t seemed to worried but does that black signify anything ?

His cere should be white, not dark like that or black. Could it have been dry blood? He may have flown into something? No...........not normal. You didn't ask what was wrong with him?

I did. He is a old man and I’m new to this. He said he was fine and offered to give me one. I turned it down after seeing that bird.
