Last night I found a baby pigeon about 15 days old on the ground in a parking lot with a seemingly dislocated leg. He dosent use it it just hangs there. His other leg is fine and he is otherwise healthy. I have been hand feeding him frozen thawed peas. What can be done about his leg at this age?
I just found one of my button quail, Hopscotch, with what appears to be a dislocated leg. While she's still able to hop around, the entire limb is twisted backwards, and when I inspected it, it definitely seems to be disconnected.
