eyes shut

Please tell me what happen to my Pigeon eyes

Hello everyone, I've been noticing that one of my diamond doves has been spending more and more time at the bottom of my aviary with my quail. Since they're buddies, I didn't give it too much thought, but upon closely observing her today, I discovered what her eyes seem to be sealed shut...

Here is my Baby dove it fell out of a tree on July 02 was doing good until today Noticed eyes could not open and has lumps or pimples all over wing neck beak feathers falling out! Nightmare here can anyone help! I have him/her under a 40 watt light bulb now need to know what meds to give...
