I wanted see if anyone has purchased and flown any of the pietrains from Scherens-Vangramberen? I find the color of these birds fascinating but cannot find any information or race results on these birds. I have whites I have imported from Herbots and they are really good birds. Any information...

And the final breed that was just imported - black Elster Purzler. It was a great day when these breeds arrived.

I'm new into the world of racing birds but correct me if I'm wrong but I thought getting birds shipped from over seas wasn't available so why when you read a lot of websites especially the bigger names they have IMPORTED racers from Europe/Ireland?
