    So this is my third year racing pigeons. Have hit top 10 percent 4 times with one time top 5 percent in ybs and terrible in obs. So still havent won a race yet. And its time to start culling breeders. I dont like to kill pigeons so i race them and that usually does the job. Any advice on...

    just finished 2nd race. i got got 26 out of 126 birds. first place bird was 1383 ypm and place was 1380.794 3rd place was 1380.680 3 diffrent lofts 1) 1383.422 100 232 miles 2) 1380.794 99 230 3) 1380.680 98 208 so close and competitive. so far i have lost no obs so im happy

    First old bird race for me this year. And clocked was not plugged in. on a good note though. I sent 6 and got 6 back. it was a 160 mile race and i only trained out to 30 miles with all this bad weather and i still got them all back:cool:

    First year old bird racing... any tips? i got around 40 obs but then those are my breeders as well. Maybe i can breed one round then race? and 85 percent of my obs are my ybs i raced from last year. You guys think it will be to much work flying obs and trying to make them breed ybs for me this...
