Any options besides Horizon for shipping boxes?

Is there any other option besides using Horizon Micro-Environments boxes for shipping pigeons?
Horizon has ben consistently late shiping me boxes, not even sending them until well after they said they should arrive.
When I call, I can rarely get through on the first several trys.
The boxes are expensive and are not very well made.
The plastic viewing windows frequently are unattached as are some of the filters.
The punch outs and perforations are not always perforated enough to tear out cleanlly.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I assume you asking specifically about HORIZON boxes.......most all of the boxes are going to be the same because they are designed for shipping birds. Otherwise, we could just put em' in any old box.......here's a couple of places that aren't HORIZON boxes, but are approved for shipping and probably a bit cheaper.

The boxes for birds are considerably more expensive than Horizon, close to double. Your second link IS horizon boxes.

I remember the days when we used to ship lettuce crates full of birds, or really heavy specially made boxes VIA Railway Express (air), they would be delivered almost anywhere overnight, and the cost of shipping was cheap!

How do you figure that? The prices on the Boxes For Birds web site INCLUDE shipping.
The second link is another company that SELLS Horizon boxes. I don't know what thier shipping is. I've never ordered them.
What makes these boxes so much more expensive is the WAY they are shipped.
Every company I know puts the boxes INSIDE a BIGGER box and it costs more to ship. There's a guy on Eggbid that sells boxes and he just flattens his boxes, tapes them together and ships them. Doesn't cost NEAR as much. He can be a bit slow about getting stuff shipped out though.
"melonsnmore" is his user name. http://www.eggbid.com/listings/index.cfm?category=960337989
I've had people ship me a single box, assembled, for about $5 or $6 through the USPS.
It was a horizon box.
