Please try to catch him and bring him inside. He won't be able to eat with an open beak like that. Post some photos of his droppings. He will need supportive care until the growths dry up and fall off. He might have canker as well, due to a weakened immune system.

Actually even though his beak is open, but he seems to eat 80% seeds just fine and drinks water. He has even gotten stronger from few days and is fighting other pigeons. As for the droppings I didn't have a look yet
