i was on my way to check on my pigeons when i saw that my baby pigeon thats just 2 weeks old had a black bug crawling out of her and back in. I was too scared to touch it. I think my baby pigeon has external parasites. My other chick had worm crawling over his feathers. Whaat can i do to get rid of the parasites without harming my baby birds?

A warm bath isn't going to get rid of them. What do you mean by a worm? What did it look like?

You really need to treat them. When you see one, there are more.

Treat all your birds asap, worms of any kind can cause tremendous devistation to their immune system as well as causing immune deficiencies and starvation. The worms are getting the BEST of their foods. Babies will show it in their growth and quality of feathering and much more.

Treat and then make sure to give the birds probiotics.

You can get some good pigeon wormers from the pigeon supply houses, like Moxidectin.
