my PIGEONS's bud luck.. how sad.. when some of my Chicks have suffered DEATH...someday the HEN Flew away and never come back to me.. whats wrong with that?

It is not luck.

Can you explain how your loft is set up and nest boxes, and whether all openings larger then 1/4 inch are closed...... and what you do and give your birds for optimal health?

Pictures of your set-up would help too.

Charles if you have a separate section for breeders, your breeders don't have a chance to get out...Thats for sure...

I'm sorry to hear of your troubles. It's best not to let any of them fly when they have eggs or babies (but maybe your hen escaped on accident). You can pretty easily order vaccines for them and do it yourself, which cuts down on deaths and illnesses by a HUGE amount (I speak from personal experience!). A lot of times when it is the babies dying, it could be paratyphoid as this kills the young and older birds first. I hope things smooth out for you.
