I have emailed and called most of the big clubs but since the band is PL04381010(xx) they have all been dead ends.

Anyone know how I can get this pigeon home?

It has been eating & drinking, but sounds congested. Thanks for any leads!!!

First----PL is a band from Poland--most likely. If its on a Homer.
No idea how it got on that bird.
The 0438 may be the club number.

Wow, any pictures of the little guy? Wouldn't it be crazy if he turns out to be from Poland? (I guess it's possible that someone had the bands laying around too and needed one when he was little. Or maybe somebody bought a bird from over there?)
