I want to know if there any veterinarians in Belgrade that treat pigeons or they have pigeon medicine, because I can't find any veterinarian that treats pigeons or has pigeon medicine. I live in Belgrade ,Serbia.

If you can not find a vet you may be able to order medications online, search for pet bird meds or pigeon supply sites. The only draw back is you may not know which med to buy if you do not have a diagnostic to tell you that information. Also maybe look up domestic pet bird breeders or sellers in your area and see who or what they use.

I am so sorry I've seen it only now.
There is a clinic at School for Veterinary medicine.
Ima Klinika za male zivotinje pri Veterinarskom fakultetu. Adresa je Bulevar Oslobodjenja 18a. Telefoni su na sajtu, ali najbolje je otici prepodne. Imaju bas ambulantu za ptice. I mi smo vodili goluba tamo. Srecno!

That's right. The Vererinary Colleges/Universities always treat birds or rabbits, or any untreated otherwise pets including surgeries. And also for free.
