I rescued this pigeon from my balcony, it didn't fly away and was limping, I noticed the foot dropping and after gentle examination, found it had broken the tibia. I made a makeshift splint and shoe, and now it walks a little better, hoping bone will heal. It is eating well and drinking water.

Any recommendations? I'm in Vancouver BC.
