I don't remember where I read it, but some fanciers road toss their birds 2 or 3 times a week. I don't race so I just loft fly them almost everyday. When I am in the mood and is now spring or summer I road toss them about once a week. I am not planning to road toss this year. I don't see the point for nonracers except to force the old birds to fly because once they are in mating mood, they don't want to fly long anymore.
