This may be futile, but I found a banded Siberian Highflier, that was attacked by a hawk in Wisconsin, and would like to notify the owner or club. I know it belongs to the Siberian Highflier Union, which I gather is in Ohio. However, I can find very little about them online. Does anyone have contact information for the SHU? There are two tag numbers: SHU 2016 1769 and SHU 2016 1759

I am not necessarily a bird enthusiast, but I know I would want to know where my animal ended up if ever found, if I was.

There have been many birds found with the SHU band, and nearly impossible to find the owners.
