I have a pidgeon loft in my back garden and the council are moaning about the size of it.
It's under 13 foot
My garden slopes up so I would have to higher it by about 3 foot near does anyone know if the council will let me do it

Build a high fence , or screen with tall bushes so the neighbors won't see the pigeon house and put a locked gate in your back yard . If that doesn't work you might have to move or move the birds inside your house
