i have a hen who has now taken up residency in the food bowl, preventing any other bird from feeding, i have checked and she has not laid an egg in the bowl .what to do?
also i have bought a cock bird that has a split tail where as the other birds although younger have straight feathers will they inter breed, will he wow the ladies.

I know some breeders cut or pull tail feathers for easier breeding, so that may be why he has a split tail...he will look for a mate, do you have a single hen he can choose?
