Hi...
A pigeon gave eggs in my balcony and soon they hatched. ..bt the unfortunately the mother bird met with an accident and died..this little fellow was being attacked by other huge pigeons and it rushed into the house.
The pigeon looks just.like an ordinary one bt it is very young..it still has a few yellow hair all over its body especially its neck area ....the tail wings havent developed and it lacks the elder pigeon look resulting in its inability to fly...It isnt eating anything..not even bird seeds!!
Pls help..how do I feed it or else the poor guy will starve and I dont even have much "bird experience"
Help me pleaseee!!!

Thank you for protecting this youngster from other pigeons. Please keep youngster inside, in a carrier, or cage, away from air drafts and keep warm.

Baby pigeons do not gape and open their beaks for food, their parents regurgitate food to them.

Here is a wonderful link on what to feed and how to feed, when to feed, and what to feed http://www.pigeonrescue.co.uk/caringforababypigeon.htm .
