I received a pigeon that is covered from toe to beak (including the wings) in trichomonas colonies, including an imense one (the size of a hazelnut) on his vent. The colonies appear to be only on skin, except the area of the crop which is covered in colonies which are under the skin but visible through it. He smells horribly too.

Otherwise, inside mouth has nothing, he's hungry and makes relatively normal droppings.

He is 200 gr and I gave him 15 mg Metro injectable. Is enough or I should give more?

I totally agree

It definatly looks like pigeon pox-and a very bad case. he will need care for three or more weeks before he looks better. I believe mosquitos biting are the cause and spread of this disease-so keep him in a screened in area, or more birds might get it.
