Buy a copy of SMALL FARM magazine or read them in Chapters Bookstore and you'll find stores in Ontario. Read BIRDS USA and you'll find veterinary hospitals in Toronto. I am sure medicines are available there. You'll find them in classified ads. Ya, I do live in Mississauga. Actually I don't have space to raise pigeons becaues I live in a high rise apartment. I am looking for space to lease to raise homing pigeons. Can you find me one? Or maybe a loft beside yours in the backyard.
