As I said I found a female Pidgeon with a broken wing. I gave it some water and uncooked rice/cat kibble.
I have it in a box in an unused room. It is sitting with food/water on a bed of tissue paper.
I have it lightly wrapped up in some cloth. It's a grey Pidgeon.
What can I do?
Calling the animal helpline is not an option and I don't know if I can bring it to a vet. I live in the Netherlands.

Thank you for helping him. If you set the wing it will heal in afew weeks. He may or may not be able to fly then. If he cannot fly, you can then adopt him or find him a home.
