Found Pigeon - Maui

I have a pigeon that showed up 4/30 and seems to have some of his wing feathers missing but seems tame to handle. I have been unable to find a lost and found for pigeons. I have seen articles in this forum about ferels how do I know if it is ferel or belongs to someone? No band - any one know of someone to contact in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii so I can get this pigeon home?

I'm in Lahaina... Does it look like it's injured? Can you post a picture?
