OK, My young homers are getting the idea that the fat guy brings food at 5PM
AND
they get the idea that they will be put in the carrier taken across the yard and released before they get fed.
AND
they use the bob trap, not fast but not all that scared of it anymore.
BUT...
they don't fly straight to the landing board.
First, they fly to my roof and walk around for 20 mins, then the garage roof, then the row boat, walk to the end of the boat and take a short hop to the aviary, walk around a bit then to the landing board and play the bob trap game...(they try out several bobs) then finally go through.
It's a habit I don't want them to continue.
Think they will "grow" out of it or do I need to start throwing stuff on my roof to keep them flying?
