Those droppings don't look good. Can you take a flashlight and check inside the beak and back of the throat for any unusual yellow cheesy growths or whitish spots? In the meantime add some pure natural unfiltered apple cider vinegar to the drinking water. 5 ml acv to 1 litre of water.

Does he have access to grit?

Yes he don't relly eat i checked that no yellow thing or white spot and sometimes he also have some foamy droppings

Try the acv in the drinking water and see if this helps. Any other symptoms? Excessive water intake? He might have yeast or canker. Will you be able to get Nystatin and metronidazole from a pharmacy?
