The easiest way is to create an album. Click on "User CP" up in the top left corner of the page. That will take you to YOUR personal page. You'll see a link to create an album. Put your pictures in the album and once you've done that, you can either provide the "Picture URL" in a post OR you can copy and paste the "BB Code" into your post and the picture will appear.
Doing it this way, there's no resizing of pictures.

ok great help but now all my pics seem to be way to big ''kb'' how do i make them smaller ?

You shouldn't have to resize them at all if you're putting them in an album. The software that's used on this site does that for you. If you HAVE to resize them, do you have the Paint program on your computer?
