You need to give us a bit more information to go on .. like where are you located, what do the baby pigeons look like (all yellow or already have some feathers)? Pigeon parents usually have only two babies at a time, so something is a bit off with there being two babies and also an egg ready to hatch. How do you know the egg is ready to hatch? Just curious ..
