You didn't give us much info, so it could be anything. Are there any other symptoms? What does the poop look like?
Have you done any prevention for them, like innoculations or prevention meds?
Does their coop keep them free of all rodents and is it wind and rain proofed?
If they are not eating they will go down hill fast, so you need to hand feed them, keep them warm and out of drafts, and I would take one to a good avian vet as a sample and treat them all asap, as time is of the essence.
