I would like to know age she wasn’t feathered when I started hand feeding. Also I am tube feeding so how much would you say is appropriate. He she seems healthy and doing good. This is my very first time hand feeding a baby pigeon.

I would guess 2 and a half weeks old. How much are you feeding now? Try 25 to 30 ml 3 times a day, depending on how the crop is emptying.

As she gets older would I need to increase this by little by little? And at what age should weaning and seed training begin? Thanks for your help.

Yes you can increase the amount of feeding. Start leaving some small seeds with her. Play with the seeds by using your fingers. Do the same with a small bowl of water. A baby that size I usually raise on defrosted green peas by putting one at a time deep inside the beak over the tongue. The advantage is that they quickly learn to eat peas by themselves and then I start adding small seeds.
