A friend and myself found a baby pigeon about two months ago, my friend knows how to raise birds so she cared for it fed it, now this baby has all it's feather, eating well, vet checked it out healthily, not broken bones, problem is it will not fly. We have been working it every day to fly and it refuses to fly. What do we do?

Leave him alone to learn on his own. No one teaches them to fly. He will do it when he is ready. Don't push him to do something that he is not ready to do.

I agree with Jay3. Let him be
However, make sure he doens't have wet or stained ceres and check his breathing. Pigoens won't fly if they have respiratory problems

If the baby is two months old it should be flying, but never ever force a pigeon to fly, there is always a reason/s, and health issues can be one of them. Can you post a video of the bird?
