Hi Mike. Thanks for helping him. Can you please post a few pics ?

Can the bird fly ? is there any sign of blood, scabs, abrasions, etc ?

Where are you located ? We may have someone nearby....

For the moment, keep him in a confined area (box, carrier, with a towel cushion and perhaps some paper towels on top). Keep him in a warm room...or, if you have either heating or heat lamp, use it. Put the pad under the towel.

We await further info on the pigeon.

Thanks again for saving him/her !!!

where are you located??? can you peek into her mouth? is it pink and clear, or does she have white cheesy looking stuff in there, does it smell bad in there?
i would offer seeds, pref a pigeon and dove mix, and a small bowl of water deep enough for her to get her beak in all the way.

BTW....DON'T let him/her go now.....he wouldn't survive in the condition you describe.....

That's good news so far ! You have done pretty well... but we need to see some pics of the beak injury, to give suggestions and maybe partially answer about how releasable (or not) he is......
