We have a lot of pigeons in our neighborhood and we feed them regularly, however for the past couple of days there has been on pigeon who is not flying but walking around find and hovering between our front and side porches. I do not see anything wrong with her wings, however she won't fly. I am worried about her although we are giving her food and water and she doesn't seem to be afraid of us but the weather is going to change to snow. I don't know where to take her as the vets around here will not look at her as she is a wild pigeon. I live in Pittsburgh, PA and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not all vets will see pigeons whether pet or not.

First you need to catch the bird and confine him. Then we can try to figure out what is wrong. It may be sick.
Can you post a picture of the bird?
