It probably thought it was food or toy. Either way is not a good sign if that was real eggs.

he took it off into hall,i got it back from him,he likes to lie on sofa facing garden, and lo n behold,my daughter had put the other egg and also a toy rubber(life size)brown chicken egg under him while he was sleeping,on fri i was going to a party at work for bosses b/day,and i had bought a hairpice to make my own hair look"60s"as it was a themed party, iggy also stole the hairpice while i was getting dressed to go out,he took the wig under my bed and was VERY reluctant to let it go lol,the dummy eggs are now safely put away with all my pigeon equipt in my shed(under lock n key)lol
Iggy definitely sounds like a "one of a kind toy" kitty!!

How funny!!

Hopefully, your hair piece wan't damaged!!

Still ROFLMAO...:D :D

he is a character,,we got him from cat rescue 3 yrs ago,and never been a dull moment,we keep him and the pigeons"never the twain should meet",iggy goes out when the pigeons are off on fly time or roosting on the crane, hes a night owl anyway, hes happy sunbathing in garden or messing about on fence,he was spooked by a huge herring gull last summer and had to go to vet for sedative, fortunatly he was ok later on in day after later vet check, our roof flock and a few crows who nest on big tree have gotten rid of the gulls, crows divebomb the gulls and chase them away, and the crows dont bother the pigies one bit
Some cats are attracted to things which are of interest to their people. We used to play cards at the home of some friends who have several cats. When we took a break, the cats' owner collected all the pencils and pens before we left the table, otherwise one of the cats would take and hide them all!

haha, what a smart cat,we put the dummy eggs out of site, but when cooking breakfast this morning ,a certain cat was eyeing up the breakfast eggs!

Well, y'know, Iggy might like raw egg yolk - with or without mixing with his regular food. NO whites, just separate...very good for cats. :D

I think Iggy will have a lifelong fascination with eggs...Maybe he should have some for his very own? Or does he already? Of course, IF he does, may also want his AND YOURS! :D

Love and Hugs

Shi with Twiggy & Timmy, who just keep "egging" Iggy on!! ;)
he likes a wee bit scrambled egg when i make it(just a small amount as hes one BIGGGGG cat)
