that's odd - how quickly does this happen? does it repeat? and can you snap a picture?

I live in Sacramento, CA. It's very windy today and a pigeon has flown into my garage. He sits perched up straight and then his head falls all the way back and his breast puffs out. I have seen him fly out of the garage and onto the roof then back into the garage. What's going on with him? [email protected]

Please try to get this bird into a cat/dog carrier or box of some type. Check to see if there is an identification band on one leg .. if so, please post all the letters and numbers here. The bird is either injured or ill and needs help, so please try to get it safely confined and post back here.
