in my country they write the year and the country's name but this one is new??
Also if it belongs to an Association or a pigeon Club I would like to give back the pigeon to his Owner If possible

Hello, FD EC bands are from Spain. I am not sure what it stands for but consider that the club or organization while AX signifies a smaller club or a certain breed or size of band. I will look into it further to see what they stand for.

I looked in my world band/ring list and again found it was from Spain but there was no info on what the bands are for. I asked the guys in the pigeon ring collectors group and will let y'all know if they come up with anything.

Thanks Mary, Indeed there is an opportunity that the bird came from spain, My city is just 90 nautical miles from spain so I Assume that the pigeon lost his way to home, but how ? the pigeon Is a pouter and thus It can't fly from that Distance??
