Just noticed this last week that pigeon was having huge long poops. I though she might be dehydrated so I've been checking water regularly and added some vitamins. Today I noticed 2 new poops that didn't look good...pics attached. Just changed to a new food, attached, and I add red grit occasionally. She also gets peanuts and sunflower seeds and cracked corn.

Could use some expert opinions.

The hens droppings can change from day to day, feed, humidity and hormones , water intake can have an effect. Drinking allot while bathing can make them looser than normal and of course egg laying and sitting a nest can make for some large volume droppings. In the picture they look normal to me. If ever in doubt have your vet do a fecal exam.
