Nystatin needs to be dosed by yourself. But if she is eating well and showing no symptoms of a yeast infection, then you don't need to give. Nystatin is always good to have, you might need it in the future for other rescues.

Just an update!
I do have the nystatin but i'm not sure if I should put it in the probiotic solution or administer it by itself .
It needs to be on a completely empty crop, no food or water for 30 mins after you administer it.
